We are happy to let you know that we welcome walk-ins every day! However, please be aware that there is an additional charge of 10 guilders on top of the regular service fee for walk-in appointments.
This adjusted pricing for walk-ins is due to the following reasons:
1. Flexible Availability: Accommodating walk-in clients requires us to keep our schedules flexible to serve you without prior notice. This often means managing changes on the spot to fit you in.
2. Staff Readiness: Our team must be prepared at any moment to provide high-quality service for walk-ins. This may require adjusting our planned workload and extending working hours to ensure everyone gets the best experience.
3. Efficient Scheduling Management: Walk-ins can impact our appointment-based scheduling, leading to potential delays or adjustments for clients who have pre-booked their slots. The additional charge helps us manage these changes smoothly and fairly.

We require 4 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled services in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients cancelling with less than 4 hours of the scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue booking services at DyNailsty Nail Studio.
If you have booked your appointment with less that 4 hours between your booking time and scheduled appointment you are required to cancel 2 hours before your service start time to avoid the late cancellation fee.
Appointments booked with less than 3 hours of time between when the appointment was made, and when the appointment was scheduled to take place are not subject to this policy. While there is no fee applied for these cancellations, you may be required to leave a 10 guilders deposit in order to book future appointments if this happens more than once.
Please note that cancellations can only be made through online booking or through calling the owner. We DO NOT accept cancellations by email.
Cancellation Fee: 20% down payment to secure future appointment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without contacting the nail salon to cancel, we require a 20% deposit of service value (to be paid immediately at Dynailsty or by transfer) upon re-booking in order to secure any future bookings.
Should we see any future bookings on schedule for you, we will automatically cancel all future bookings should the 20% deposit not be paid in time. Please note that in order to cancel your appointment, you must do so during Dynailsty salon opening hours only which is between 9am and 8pm. We do require a phone call or WhatsApp (+59995214592) in order to cancel your reservation.
Clients who are a "no show" on more than one occasion will be required to pay 50% of service value (immediately at Dynailsty or by transfer) before any appointments are booked in our agenda as we secure our spots to loyal clientele only.
If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call Dynailsty Nail Salon and let us know. We will call any late clients 5 minutes into their scheduled start time, but if we have not been able to contact you, your appointment time may be reopened and/or given away. Please bare in mind that if you show up late for your appointment, your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services booked.
Please note that cancellations can only be made through online booking, WhatsApp or through calling Dynailsty directly.

We have a NO REFUND policy on services completed at dynailsty. We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion. In order to receive complimentary fixes, we require a picture of the nails by email or WhatsApp.

Here is what you need to know about our Loyalty Card rules.
Client should show their Loyalty Card by the end of their service to earn 1 point. Client can use the 25% discounted refill service once you earn a total of 9 points.
The Loyalty Card expires when a client has been inactive (does not earn any points) for a period of six months. If this should be the case, the program issues a discount voucher as a reward in the amount set forth by management and shall not expire.
Voucher received due to the expired loyalty card cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Services that qualify for the reward program: acrylic refill, gel refill, gel toes and pedicures.
Note it will not include: full sets, nail art, nail design.
